These are some of the basis that we understand as critical for the success of our projects. And for reflection and improvement of knowledge, we promoted, in August, a course for Managers and Work Coordinators.
The course approached many managing techniques, focusing in the main components of a successful project, debating the key areas, processes, and tools, so that the decisions are streamlined within the desired terms, costs and quality.
“The training program came in a moment when we are reconsidering our concepts to search for better working results, planning and cost control. Besides, the course has also enabled us to reach a better team integration and the alignment of our guidelines,” affirms General Work Manager Evandro Carvalho.
