We have infrastructure and a team of dedicated and skilled professionals to accomplish the demands programmed and/or emergency assembly/disassembly of refractory lining. We offer customers various refractory application methods, for example:

Gunning Castable and/or self Flow Castables: pumping mechanisms (shotcrete and gunning) of concrete and/or refractory mortar enable projection geometries and diverse surfaces. The robotic projection is realized in situations that do not allow the human access to the area of application or in environments with high internal temperature.

Brick installation: the job is performed by highly skilled berck-layers. The assembly of bricks is made with precision that assures stability of the refractory lining.

Poured Concrete: application of refractories not molded by making shapes with dimensions established according to the place where they will be installed. Thus, is obtained a monolithic refractory lining.
