TECHNOLOGY IN FAVOR OF PRODUCTIVITY

Reframax completed the renovattion of Furnaces 1 and 2 of Hot Rolled Mill (LTQ), in ArcelorMittal Tubarão in Serra / ES, without accidents, on time and with maximum customer rating. One of the differentials in this work was the use of conveyor belts, developed in partnership with a supplier and manufactured according to safety standards NR10 and NR12. These equipment expedited the withdrawal of the 240 tons of mill scale from inside the furnance increasing productivity and providing greater safety to the employees, since the moving parts are isolated eliminating the contact with the operator. Also repairs were made of poles, pits and beams where the refractories were damaged and the pipelines from burners and gutters were cleaned.
