MULTIFUNCTION PROJECT: A NEW WAY TO WORK IFPosted in 12/September/2016
Reframax has been working in the Multi-function project with the objective of training the operating staff to make it able to perform more than one activity, thus forming professionals with different prominence in the market. The first half of 2016 was marked by strong investment in the development and implementation of technical and behavioral training that make up the Multi-function Project. These courses are aimed at people skills and increase productivity.
In addition, revisions were made in the scope of functions and elimination of some positions so that the activities were aligned with the practice of multifunctionality, focusing always on the safety of employees.
“It is our daily challenge to know the expertise of each of our employees work and thus redirect the investments in the development of our team,” says the Project Manager of Reframax, Evandro Carvalho.
